Return Policy

At Northern Lights Smoke Shop, all sales are final. Due to the fragile nature of glass products and for safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

1. All Sales Final

All glass pipes and smoking accessories are sold as-is. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chriscromwell77@gmail.com with:

– Your order number

– Clear photos of the damaged item(s) or incorrect product(s)

– Photos of the original packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution if the issue is verified.

3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender may not be eligible for refund. Any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
